Hi I am France from Newyork,In the beginning when I was stressing my weight, and wasnt proud or my curves; or my own body I often attracted INSECURE MEN. The ones who told me omg!! you are so gorgeous, but as soon as a size 2 or 3 came around they kicked me straight to the curb.Well Guess What? I've learned that you have to love yourself before anyone can love you. I stop stressing my self about my weight and curves; I started eating right and I felt more confident in the dating world. Staying in love and committed to a good relationship with another person takes work. A lot of work! To really be considered "lucky in love" you have to work at it and find someone who is also willing to work at it. In just a few more weeks I will have been married for 10 years to the love of my life.

Things are not perfect but we work at our relationship every day. As a result we are best friends as well as deeply in love with each other. He thinks I am gorgeous, I think he is handsome. We respect each other's opinions and talk about everything. All relationships have ups and downs but if you are true friends you can get through it.

Lots of the time I do feel lucky because I have such a great husband. Listening to some friends, I know just how fortunate I am to have a mate who wants a relationship. We really had a hard time in the beginning as we did not know each other very well. Getting married 3 weeks after you meet isn't always the wisest thing in the world. My size has never been an issue in our relationship. The only thing he is ever concerned about is my health especially where my thyroid does not function right. He encourages me to take good care of myself physically. He loves my curves and brags about me to all of his friends.

In all I would say that I do feel lucky in love, but I know just how much work I put into my life to feel that way.

I am so extremely lucky it's almost too grand to be true sometimes..Sure is encouraging that the poll was mostly securely involved people! My soulbabe and I have known each other for a long long time, and have for the past several years been going stronger and better and more wonderful...Everything is fulfilling, and as far as curves go, he has a few too,heeehee, and isn't attracted to women without them! Whew, after those dating years, I can Yes, I have been lucky in love now for 15 years. I have been married for 14 of them and we dated for a year. I do know that being married for that period of time, helps you understand, like many of womens comments, that it takes work, from the both of you. My husband and I have both become a little curvier since those smaller days when we met and married and we still love each other and never critize the size we are. We both know that for our health it would be good to be more active, but he still finds me sexy and he still turns me on...and we are still the same people we feel in love with...so we are good and happy with that.
