Hello everyone! I want to share my love story with all of you! I am 5'8'', size 18 and proud of it! Twenty months ago I met the man of my dreams! My friends used to call me a professional dater sometimes going on 2 dates in one day and having back up plans just in case! I was searching for a special man. There is no need to settle for less than you deserve. I once had a man tell me that my weight was easily overlooked because I had such a pretty face. Now, I am not sure how you all feel about this but, I want a man to love me for the total package that I am not just my face! I met Jeff from an online dating site just like I met most of my dates. We had been emailing back and forth for about a month and I just felt he must be too good to be true. He would leave me long emails and I would respond with a few short sentences. He told me right off the bat in his first email that he loved my curves. Now, this man is so attractive and has an amazing body!I think he should be a model! Finally, his persistence paid off and I agreed to meet him. I decided to give him a chance despite my hesitance. He drives over an hour 3 or 4 days a week just to see me. Now, 20 months later he is still the same gentleman. He is my biggest supporter. When I am having a bad day or feeling judged by the world his words to me are "Don't loose a pound, I love every inch of you and you are the sexiest woman alive!" Well, hearing that from this man who is so gorgeous and sexy himself is enough to make any woman melt! We still spend hours a day on the phone and as much time as we can together. He says our relationship is the greatest love story of all time. He has actually started to write a book about us hoping to leave a legacy for our children and grandchildren! No man has ever appretiated me the way that Jeff does and I can only wish for all of you beautiful curvy women to find your dream man too! You all deserve it!

Best wishes for a wonderful Valentines Day!,

I found the man of my dreams two years ago. I was in a long term relationship and it just fell apart. I heard of my friends using online dating services and was very intrigued. It took 2 months to decide to go ahead and try it and boy was it the best move of my life. I met a few guys via online dating but got lucky with date #4. I finally met the man I was looking for. It might have taken 30 years but I finally have the love of my life!! Good things come to those who wait. I'm engaged and soon to be married this year (2006). After that we plan start a family. I firmly believe there is someone out there for everyone. You just have to believe in your heart, think positively and you will find that person of your dreams!

I feel I have been lucky in love, as I seem to have no problem finding men who adore my curves. That's not to say that I haven't encountered the occasional toad, who feels it is his place to comment on my body. But I just kick those losers to the curb Smiler
In fact, my long-term beau loves my curves!

I just want all the ladies out there to know - there are handsome, normal guys who love a curvy gal.

I have been a curvy diva since I was 14, although back then I was just "fat". I dated in high school and college. I even was engaged to a man who loved my curves, the problem is - he decided he did not like girls...I dodged that bullet. The next year, I was seeing a man who again thought my curves were great, but there was never any chemistry. I wanted to be head over heels in love and I had never had that feeling.

I met a man on AOL on election day 1996. It was a "friend" chat room. This was the first time I had ever used my computer and the internet for that matter. We started talking and with a few weeks exchanged numbers. He wanted to visit at Christmas, but I chickened out. Well, he won me over and flew to Arkansas (from Maryland) in January. Within 24 hrs of meeting, we were engaged. I flew to MD in Feb to meet his parents and he did the ring/one knee presentation.

We married in June 1997 - I was about an 18/20 then...over the next few years I gained extra weight - I was about a size 30. Never ONCE did my husband mention my weight - NEVER EVER! Even when I said I was just so "fat" - he would say, "You are beautiful." In June of 2004, we decided to change our eating habits (he gained about 50 lbs of his own) in hopes it would help my recent diagnosis with PCOS. By November, I had lost 65lbs and he had lost 50 as well. Unfortunately, we lost our first pregnancy in November 04 as well. My husband comforted me and took care of me during this rough time.

We are slimmer (although I am still a fierce, curvy diva) and will be welcoming our child in April 2006. My husband has been taking care of me - doing housework, laundry, even cooking dinner. I have an AmaZing mate - who happens to be pretty hot! He thinks everything I do wear or do is "Cute" or "sexy".

So Ladies, don't settle for an OK man- you can have an AmaZing one!
